At Glouglou, products are made to order after your purchase is completed. Because each item is created specifically for you, returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color choice may not be accepted where permitted by applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part or a production problem.
